Next Workshop: March 20 & 21 (Richmond)If you are a First- Time Homebuyer considering homeownership in the Bay Area this workshop has been designed for you. Most community lending programs require a HUD Pre Purchase Workshop certificate. This workshop is HUD approved! Participants will receive their certificate after successfully completing the program!
